The consultant we seek is a healthcare specialist passionate about driving innovation and change within the industry.
In particular, they will have experience delivering technical consulting engagements in healthcare and Life Sciences, be confident in/have experience in enterprise architecture, health systems assessments, requirements gathering, and options appraisals, and know about core healthcare systems and data standards.
You will be an experienced delivery professional adept at building client relationships and managing complex engagements. You are responsible for delivering new or existing consulting engagements with high client satisfaction. You can lead large teams while providing deep subject matter expertise and business strategy necessary to ensure quality delivery.
Responsibilities:
Lead consulting engagements within the Healthcare and Life Science practice.
Work near the customers, account, and delivery teams to identify business-related problems and present outcome-based solutions.
Provide direct consulting services to customers.
Responsible for ensuring that all solutions are delivered in a quality-driven manner that meets internal standards and the expectations of the customer
Build and maintain contacts and relationships with customers to drive lasting account growth
Responsible for the mentoring and training of junior consultants
Actively participate in the development of internal standards, processes, procedures, methodology, and services
Must be willing to travel and work remotely as and when required
Required Qualifications:
Preferably at least 2 - 5 years experience leading consulting engagements for health and/or life science customers
Experience operating in big IT environments and understanding how to manage multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
