Our mission is to provide creative and scientifically rigorous approaches to answering questions about the human health hazards of chemical, biological, pharmaceutical, and radiological agents. **Your Opportunity** Stantec Health Sciences Advisory is seeking exceptional scientists with undergraduate and graduate degrees and training in toxicology, environmental health sciences, risk assessment, industrial hygiene, occupational health, epidemiology, computational sciences, and public health. This role can be in Irvine, CA; Washington, DC; or Pittsburgh, PA. **Your Key Responsibilities** * Performing quantitative and qualitative exposure and risk assessments * Critically evaluating and summarizing the scientific literature * Leading the production of technical work products, presentations, and proposals * Leading in the development of scientific manuscripts and conference presentations * Participating in and leading company training and collaborative professional development efforts **Your Capabilities and Credentials** * Ability to work in one of the markets listed in this posting * Training in toxicology, environmental health sciences, risk assessment, industrial hygiene, occupational health, epidemiology, computational sciences, and public health **Education and Experience** PhD in a relevant field, with over 3 years of experience or a master’s degree in a relevant field with 6 to 7 years of experience or an undergraduate degree in a relevant field with more than 10 years of experience Relevant certifications may be considered in place of an advanced degree or years of experience Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
