We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Go-To-Market Strategy Manager to lead and coordinate launch and GTM strategies for one of our key capital markets businesses. Operating within a complex matrixed organization, this role will be pivotal in ensuring cross-functional alignment between product, marketing, and sales teams to drive successful go-to-market execution and measurable business impact.
You will be the central orchestrator for GTM initiatives for your LOB, acting as a trusted advisor for all things GTM, translating business objectives into actionable plans, ensuring messaging and campaign plans are aligned with market needs, and capturing real-time feedback from sales to optimize effectiveness.
What You Will Be Doing
Develop and Execute GTM Strategy: Partner with lines of business and Product Marketing to design and lead comprehensive GTM strategies for product launches, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the connective tissue between product, marketing, sales, enablement and other key functions to ensure alignment, timelines, and successful delivery of GTM initiatives.Demand Generation Alignment: Collaborate closely with marketing teams to ensure compelling messaging and campaign plans are developed and tailored to target audiences.Sales Enablement: Work together with sales leads to capture field insights, identify blockers, and ensure GTM plans are responsive to customer needs and sales priorities.Resource and program Management: Act as the central GTM point of contact and program manager, coordinating internal resources and managing execution across multiple teams and stakeholders ensuring key milestones take place.Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of GTM initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
What You Bring
8 + years of experience in Go-To-Market strategy, preferably in capital markets, fintech, or financial services industries.Proven experience working in matrixed organizations, leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.Strong background in demand generation and campaign planning.Deep understanding of the capital markets ecosystem and customer landscape.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.Data-driven with strong analytical skills and experience tracking GTM performance metrics.Strong management skills delivering complex key initiatives on time.What We Offer
