As a Senior Growth Product Manager for Partners supporting Microsoft Pre and Post-Sales efforts, you are responsible for Microsoft staff and Partner personas who help our customers adopt and use our AI products (e.g. Copilot for Microsoft 365, Agents, Copilot Chat).  You will work closely with data (both internal and external), tooling, program, strategy, role, and business leadership to identify, test, and scale growth opportunities where data and insights accelerate your target persona's ability to help customers achieve outcomes. 

This is a highly visible and collaborative role that will allow you to stretch your analytics, data science, business, product management, and influence skills to help our customers achieve more with one of the most transformative technologies in modern history.  You get to work with world-class data scientists, engineers, strategy, and sales leadership.  Your work will influence thousands of people who are guiding the largest enterprises in the world.  And at the end of the day, you have the satisfaction of seeing your impact on AI’s growth and adoption trends of millions of users.   

This position is based at the Redmond campus, and supports up to 50% work from home and minimum 50% in the office.
