Provides grounds maintenance in all seasons. May work independently on ground maintenance projects. Performs a wide range of routine landscaping maintenance tasks using hand or power tools or equipment. **The value you'll bring to the team:** + Performs landscaping of grounds as scheduled and needed + Evaluates and reports conditions that detract from the safety or aesthetic value of the premises + Removes debris and takes care of hazardous conditions. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
