Principal responsibilities
Gain a deep understanding of where the business can grow across different client segments -including investment banks, asset management companies, asset owners, and information vendors in Greater China region - then formulate, design and execute business strategies. Guide the team to expand the adoption of indexes and identify new opportunities across various business lines.Lead the client coverage team to deepen client relationships, maintain awareness of HSIL index developments, and effectively communicate our value proposition to clients to drive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling of index solutionsCollaborate with Product Department to develop and present index proposals, drive negotiations to secure deals and finalize agreementsStay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor movements to identify new opportunities, develop client expansion strategies, and acquire new business relationshipsMonitor business performance by closely tracking target deliverables on a regular basis, and adjust strategies dynamically in response to market changesDevelop comprehensive insights into clients’ needs, challenges, and use cases to deliver customized solutions that enhance relationship management and create shared value
