Senior Graphic Designer
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8AM - 5PM (occasional night webinar) Classification: Full Time - Exempt Reports To: TBD (most likely Director of Marketing) Department: Marketing Travel Required: None Location: Remote Starting Salary: $65,000-70,000 Lap of Love is a national practice dedicated exclusively to in-home end-of-life care for pets. Our veterinarians help pets and their parents with quality-of-life assessments, pain and anxiety management, end-of-life consultations, and peaceful euthanasia in the comfort of their pet’s favorite place – home. Position Description Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice, headquartered in Lutz, FL., seeks to add a key member to its growing team by employing a dynamic Senior Graphic Designer to support our Marketing Department. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally to support overall marketing efforts in a fast-paced, exciting, and fun environment and will play an instrumental role in accelerating growth in two key areas: + Veterinarian and Veterinary Student Recruitment Marketing: Help attract compassionate veterinarians and students by creating targeted digital advertising, social media campaigns, and email marketing that highlights why Lap of Love is the ideal place to grow or start their careers. + Internal Branding: Help bring Lap of Love’s vision to life through compelling communications and engaging internally branded materials that connect employees to our purpose, mission, and values. Requirements Essential Functions and Responsibilities: + Develop and execute targeted campaigns to attract and engage veterinarians through digital, social, email, and other paid channels. + Partner with Marketing and Recruiting to optimize talent pools, improve candidate experience, and analyze campaigns using Hubspot, our CRM. + Build and maintain a veterinarian-focused content strategy, including webinars, videos, and testimonials. + Collaborate with HR and Employee Relations to help craft engaging messages, newsletters, and materials to strengthen culture and employee connection. + Support company-wide marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive lead generation for Lap of Love’s services. + Monitor marketing analytics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to optimize performance. Experience, Education and Requirements: + Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in Marketing (Digital, Brand, Social), Graphic Design, or related field, required + Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Analytics, and paid digital advertising, required + At least 5 years of relevant experience, required + Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Canva + Superior organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to self-manage multiple projects at a time + Self-driven, collaborative, and motivated to do profound work + Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity + Top notch oral and written communication skills + Confident, independent thinker, and self-starter + Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment + Exercises critical thinking skills + This position is a remote role requiring the ability to work independently. Hours may vary and weekend availability maybe necessary to complete the necessary job functions Physical and Other Job Requirements: + Able to sit for prolonged periods of time up to 8 hours a day + Able to frequently communication by telephone and through use of computer technologies, including but not limited to email, text, and video conferencing + Process manual dexterity, fine motor skills, and the ability to operate a computer, read a computer screen and type on a keyboard for prolonged periods of time up to 8 hours per day + Average or above average working knowledge of the internet and scheduling and communications applications and software, such as Gmail, Google Calendar, and web-based communication platforms + Access to reliable and secure internet + Maintain confidentiality of all patient, client, and business information + Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and guidelines This job posting is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties, but it aims to highlight the typical main responsibilities of the position.
