This position is responsible for designing and developing materials to support business development, with emphasis on offering memorandums, presentations, and print and digital collateral required for proposals and presentations.
Main Responsibilities
Create, design, and edit materials including print and interactive collateral such as proposals, offering memorandums, graphics/covers, flyers, maps, aerials, logos, floor plans, pictures, presentation graphics/charts, and bound books
Apply professional graphic design principles and develop innovative ideas to support business development
Manage complex projects from concept through completion
Provide design advice and guidance to deal teams; translate verbal and written input into compelling graphic illustrations
Design dynamic email blasts and marketing campaigns
Create designs that align with both deal team/client preferences and JLL branding standards
Stay current on design software advancements and marketing/design trends both within and outside the real estate industry
Apply new concepts to enhance presentation quality and effectiveness
Demonstrate initiative by proactively identifying needs and assisting team members
Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Other duties as assigned
Experience Required
Minimum of 2 years design experience using Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to design within established branding standards
Demonstrated tact and diplomacy when interacting with various stakeholders
Well-developed verbal, listening, written and creative design skills
Excellent time management, planning and problem-solving abilities
Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Knowledge of commercial real estate is a plus
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience
Design-related certifications a plus
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat) on a Macintosh operating system
Strong emphasis on InDesign expertise
Intermediate working knowledge of HTML, Dreamweaver, Outlook, Word, and Excel
Experience with digital marketing platforms preferred
Understanding of responsive design principles
