We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who’s both creative and strategic, someone who can tell strong visual stories that elevate our brand and resonate with the audience. You’ll be at the heart of bringing campaigns to life across digital, print, and motion design platforms.

Your Day-to-Day
Collaborate with the brand and marketing teams to understand project requirements and creative objectives. Develop and articulate the artistic vision, ensuring it aligns with the overall brand strategy and message. Involve in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and concepts for visual content and campaigns. Work with a team of creatives, providing constructive feedback and guiding their professional development. Create and design compelling visuals, graphics, illustrations, and other creative assets. Develop and deliver creatives that meet quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are utilized efficiently. Adapt and optimize visual concepts based on feedback from stakeholders or market trends. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance the team's creative capabilities.Your Know-How
Strong artistic and design skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail. Extensive experience in graphic design, visual communication, and other relevant artistic disciplines. Proven track record of delivering successful creative projects that align with brand objectives. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate artistic concepts and ideas effectively. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Ability to work independently and make creative decisions while adhering to the brand's guidelines and objectives. Strong organization skills to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills to work within budget constraints and optimize resource allocation. Understanding of marketing and branding principles to ensure creative assets contribute to overall campaign effectiveness.
