**Overview**
Strong understanding of production design, ensuring that all final assets are meticulously crafted and delivered with the highest standards. You’re not only confident in contributing to design ideas but also in ensuring that the production process runs smoothly—from initial concept to final execution. You will work closely with the London Design lead, creatives and production teams to ensure that designs are skillfully crafted for their intended medium, whether digital, print, or motion.
**Responsibilities**
**KEY FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Interpreting briefs and requirements to deliver creative ideas and visuals aligned to a creative strategy, raising the bar on creativity using storytelling to drive action
+ Participate in all phases of creative work, from concept through production and final hand-off
+ Lead creative thinking during brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and project kick-off meetings
+ Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs, and mockups to visualize ideas
+ Lead projects and search for new project ideas
+ Direct the creative team in developing and maintaining a consistent visual style across all final assets
+ Be a team player with strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
+ Be able to present designs and sell solutions to various stakeholders
+ Being at the top of the trends and inspire the team to acquire knowledge and break the boundaries of conceptual and technical skills

+ Use and train on the tools and processes assigned by the company
+ Keep up to date with training related to their field

**Qualifications**
**MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Advanced English Level (B2 minimum)
+ Proven working experience as Creative Designer for at least 6+ years
+ Have led teams and directed projects
+ Management experience of a staff and mentoring junior creatives of at least 3 years
+ Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously.
+ Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop fresh and effective ideas
+ Must have a portfolio of professional projects that shows graphic design and conceptualization skills on 360 campaigns
+ Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
+ Detail-oriented
+ Guide, influence, and motivate others
+ Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
+ Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Firefly, Figma, Office Suite, Keynote
