Aon is seeking a Senior Governance Manager to support colleagues across our UK Wealth Solution teams.
If you have experience in the Retirement and Investment industry and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, we’d love to hear from you. Whether you come from an operations or governance background—or a client-facing role with a keen interest in operational governance—this is your chance to make a real impact.
This is a hybrid, office-based role offering flexibility to work from home and in the office. We’re happy to consider candidates based in London, Chelmsford, Birmingham, Farnborough, Reading, or other regional offices, with the expectation that you will travel to London regularly to collaborate with our leaders and stakeholders across the Wealth business.

What the day will look like
You’ll support governance initiatives across our UK Wealth Solutions business, working closely with senior stakeholders to embed risk management, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience.
+ Drive cross-functional improvements in efficiency and service delivery
+ Support Wealth Operations at governance forums.
+ Lead compliance with frameworks like Consumer Duty and Operational Resilience
+ Deliver data-led insights and performance reporting
+ Support change programmes with strong governance and stakeholder engagement

Skills and experience that will lead to success
+ Experience in the Wealth, Retirement, or Investment industry is essential, with a background in operations, governance, or client-facing roles and an interest in operational governance
+ Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks
+ Exposure to risk management, business continuity, and audit readiness
+ Confident communicator with stakeholder engagement skills
+ Degree or professional qualification helpful but not required
