The Senior Global Trade Compliance Analyst is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of global trade compliance. This role ensures adherence to import and export regulations, supports internal teams with compliance guidance, and mitigates risks associated with international trade.
What You Will Be Doing:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or International Business with a minimum 5 years of direct experience in import/export compliance, specifically within the biotechnology or life sciences industry, or a combination of equivalent education and relevant experience. In-depth knowledge of U.S. and international trade regulations as they pertain to biotech products. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to better interpret trade data and compliance metric Understanding of global supply chain dynamics and strategies to optimize compliance practices within complex supply chains. Experience with product classification, customs documentation, and export licensing. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment. Proficiency with trade compliance software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Below is the base pay range for this full-time position. The actual base pay will depend on several factors unique to each candidate, including one’s skills, qualifications, and experience. At 10x, base pay is also just one component of the Company’s total compensation package. This role is also eligible for 10x’s equity grants, its comprehensive health and retirement benefit programs, and its annual bonus program or sales incentive program.
