Senior Global Product Manager I

Purpose/Objective:
Senior individual contributor role responsible for leading the full life cycle of a product line, from idea conception to withdrawal from the market, by leading cross-functional teams to ensure that the products’ contribution to LBS is maximized through optimal market positioning and achievement of revenue, profitability and growth targets.Area of Responsibilities:
Fully independently driving the NPD project with higher complexity ( Define PRD according to customer needs, utilized the MMP LEX tool to passed the milestone. Drive the Platform strategy within whole Portfolio. Drive product business performance ensuring the product line meets or exceeds the target revenue, profitability and growth targets of the product line. Generate the global strategic and annual marketing plans for the product. Lead product roadmap preparation and ongoing revisions, detailing future product line extensions. Independently perform market assessment and definition, including Mekkos. Independently plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative customer VOC and develop segmentation based on needs and buying behaviors, and deliver differentiated value propositions supported by quantitative and qualitative customer insights. Drive and develop business cases and execute the key NPD marketing deliverables. Proactively research and communicate new potential product improvements for the product, including the preparation of business cases supporting future product enhancements. Develop competitor analysis and monitoring including planning and executing responses to competitor activities for the product line. Actively support product line performance in the marketplace. Drive generation and pro-active review of revenue, profit and growth targets and forecasts based on market share, product dynamics and market trends for the product line, utilizing DBS problem solving and action planning tools. Develop strategy, tactics, sales tools and training in selling against competition. Work closely with sales management to deploy various growth initiatives and capture growth opportunities. Actively plan and manage new product launches and releases globally. Actively manage existing portfolio within a specific product line including initial positioning, phase in and phase out of products etc. Efficiently manage the communication with key stakeholders for any risks and changes in NPD and Product life cycle management, with the capability to drive the mitigations for risks identifieid by working together with global stakeholders or internal cross functional teamPerson Specification:

Demonstrate proficiency on DBS fundamentals and DBS Growth tools and have the capability to coaching the peers on utilization of DBS tools Strong ability to influence without authority. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, natural sciences, business, or medical fields, MBA or related Master’s degree a plusExperience
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferred in medical / Healthcare business.Travel
Interstate and international travel required as needed. Estimated travel 25%Language
