Senior Global Cards Analyst

**What you will do**
+ Provide support for Stryker’s global card programs and service activities related to card controls, credit risk, policy and procedures.
+ Source and perform analytics of global card data to measure program key performance indicators, evaluate policy compliance, and aid in business decision support.
+ Assist with development of internal card program communications, training documents, and maintenance of resources on the Global Cards SharePoint and OneFinance portal.
+ Assist with card program anti-money laundering act (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance submissions.
+ Provide support for global technology initiatives, merger & acquisition integrations, implementation of new card products, and other departmental projects.
+ Assist with Tier 3 global card program support needs and escalations.
+ Work with Concur Administration, Global Travel, Finance Services, Card Program Administrators, and other applicable business contacts to support active card programs and analyze card program needs and growth opportunities.
+ Run card activity and business intelligence reports monthly and ad hoc by request. Monitor data variances to identify and document trends related to card controls, policy compliance, and delinquency tracking.
+ Help develop and deliver related global card program communications and training content, including posting resources on the Global Cards SharePoint site and OneFinance portal.
+ Assist with ERP projects and merger & acquisition integration activities, including sourcing documentation and working with project teams and Program Administrators to track and report on progress.
**What you need**
+ Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Finance, Economics or related field preferred
+ Banking, Treasury, Finance Shared Services or Card Program Administration background strongly desired
+ Minimum 1-2 years of work experience preferred
+ Excellent written and verbal English skills
