This role is responsible for driving global product development and marketing strategy for key product segments within one of the world’s most recognizable and multi-generational toy brands. The position requires a balance of strategic vision, creative thinking, and financial acumen to deliver consumer-focused innovation, accelerate brand growth, and translate market opportunities into sustainable revenue streams. Contract duration: October 20, 2025 - February 27, 2026 Pay range: up to $78 Location: Onsite 5 days in Pawtucket, RI **Duties & Responsibilities** + Develop and execute global go-to-market product strategies that align with consumer insights and brand objectives. + Partner with cross-functional teams including design & development, packaging, engineering, demand planning, and finance across all phases of product development. + Identify opportunities for innovation and incremental growth, building higher-margin business opportunities. + Apply consumer, cultural, and social insights to inform product innovations and brand strategies. + Collaborate with global supply chain partners to identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiencies. + Provide timely communication of brand activity and updates to internal stakeholders and business partners. + Partner with regional marketing teams to analyze retailer trends, address business challenges, and deliver tailored brand plans. + Take ownership of product and brand planning systems, ensuring accurate and timely documentation and reporting. + Serve as an internal thought leader, inspiring collaboration and translating strategic thinking into actionable execution. **Skills & Qualifications** + Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, advertising, or related fields. + Strong understanding of product development processes and go-to-market execution. + Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to adapt quickly and remain agile in problem-solving. + Proven ability to make informed, timely decisions to maintain momentum and meet deadlines. + Collaborative and influential communicator, skilled at working across diverse teams. + Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to interpret both quantitative and qualitative insights. + Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives under tight timelines. + Digital-first mindset with a strong grasp of emerging consumer trends. + Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (intermediate to advanced level). **Education & Experience** + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field required. + MBA preferred (additional relevant experience may substitute). + 5+ years of experience in marketing, product development, or brand management roles. + Experience working in consumer products, entertainment, or global brand environments is highly desirable. **To Apply** Use the link at the bottom of this page to apply.
