As a Senior Global Account Director, you will:

Serve as the primary owner of the BCD M&E/client relationship. Drive the strategic evolution of the customer’s global meetings program. Own the contracts and financials related to the customer’s business. Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives including communications campaigns and business reviews.  Establish consistent expectations around stakeholder engagement at the local, regional, and global level. Collaborates with operations leadership globally to ensure operations teams are providing excellent service in compliance with client processes and expectations. Act a leader within the BCD M&E organization, establishing a strong team culture that embodies BCD’s values.

 

You're Good At

Cultivating strong relationships across all levels in a global environment. Overseeing operational performance and ensuring adherence to industry standards. Creating engaging presentations and communication strategies for key stakeholders. Analyzing data to derive insights and implement strategic improvements. Leading and managing teams effectively while promoting a positive workplace culture.

 

You Might Also Have

Experience in client consulting and communication strategies. Ability to juggle multiple complex projects with exceptional organizational skills. Knowledge of budget management and financial performance metrics. Strong public speaking skills and a knack for engaging diverse audiences. Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities that inspire change.

 

You should know:

This is a Remote based role to be based in the UK or Mainland Europe (Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden or Switzerland). Due to the global nature of the team, flexibility on hours worked will be require in order to collaborate with the wider global team.
