Autodesk is looking for a high-performing Account Executive to join our Fusion North America Sales team. We are disrupting the Design and Manufacturing industry with Fusion, the only cloud-based solution that offers a complete workflow integrating conceptual design, engineering, electronics, and manufacturing.
Responsibilities
Sell the Fusion platform to your defined territory with the goal to overachieve new quarterly ACV quota
Prospect, develop, & win new business opportunities from a pipeline of inbound leads
Collaborate with other Autodesk Sales teams and Technical Sales to create and drive Fusion Platform opportunities and grow ACV contribution in existing Autodesk Accounts
Utilize SFDC, Outreach, & Gong to optimize your customer engagement cycle and maximize output
Be a voice for the customer with internal teams including Technical Sales, Product, & Marketing to ensure appropriate prioritization to deliver maximum customer value
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to take initiative and manage time effectively
Coachability: Drive to continually improve your sales skills through coaching, self-learning and replicating best practice
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience selling SAAS including prospecting, winning new logos, and expanding key accounts in competitive, incumbent-heavy environments
Proven performer with consistent over quota performance

Proven hunter with a disciplined approach to pipeline development, discovery, and closing
Strong qualifier with the ability to uncover customer pain points and connect them to compelling, value-driven solutions
Process-oriented with a consistent, repeatable sales methodology and strong time management skills, capable of managing multiple deals without sacrificing quality
Data-disciplined, maintaining accurate and consistent opportunity data at all times
Knowledge sharer, able to extract, organize, and document customer insights and deal lessons to enable broader team learning
Resilient and resourceful, with the grit to thrive in high-change environments and a strong understanding of how to leverage cross-functional teams including Technical Sales and Marketing

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $104,600 and $151,360. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.Sales Careers
