SAP Field Service Management (FSM) helps businesses coordinate thousands of service jobs daily—connecting technicians, customers, and operations through cloud-native platforms. As a Senior Fullstack Developer on the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team in Gliwice, you’ll play a key role in building resilient systems that keep FSM running smoothly and securely.

 

Bring it

You’re a versatile developer with a strong grasp of cloud infrastructure and fullstack technologies. You bring:

5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or fullstack development

Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks like Angular, React, or NestJS

Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure as code tools like Terraform

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools like Prometheus and ELK Stack

Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset

 

Build it

You’ll develop and maintain cloud-based solutions that ensure reliability, scalability, and performance across FSM’s services. Your work will:

Implement secure, scalable cloud architectures aligned with SRE principles

Build and optimize infrastructure and microservices for high availability

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business goals

Conduct audits to ensure compliance with security standards
