Senior Full Stack UI Engineer

About your role?

As a Senior Full Stack UI Engineer, you will be a valuable technical resource designing and developing enterprise UI solutions and working with Solution Architects within Fiserv’s Merchant reporting team, working on innovative solutions for merchants. You will have an opportunity to work effectively on complex projects independently and within a collaborative environment across but no limited to reporting, gift cards, recurring payments and FX. You will research and suggest modern ways of development using latest UI/UX technologies. You will also work with product managers and other engineers to design and implement new features on the platform.

What you will do:

Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using Angular, Tailwind.css, Less, and SCSSCreate, set up, and deploy Spring Boot applications leveraging Service-Oriented ArchitectureAdapt quickly and efficiently to changing project contexts in a fast-paced, agile development environment, managing multiple priorities and shifting requirementsEnsure code quality and maintainability through the use of source control technology, particularly GitLabDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles and best practices also perform code reviews and write unit/integration testsTroubleshoot, debug, and upgrade softwareStay updated on emerging technologies and apply them as neededBe available and provide support during end-of-sprint releases, ensuring smooth deployment and resolving any last-minute issues

Experience you'll need to have:

6+ years of software engineering experience6+ years of experience in frontend frameworks like Angular(v2+), Tailwind and core technologies such as HTML5, CSS4, JavaScript (ES6+), and Typescript3+ years of experience with Spring Boot, create, setup and deploy Spring Boot applications3+ years of experience in CI/CD concepts and tools such as Git, GtiLab, Maven, Gradle or Jenkins1+ years of experience in Bootstrap(v4+) and Vue.js(v3+)1+ years of experience in SQL databaseBachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, or military experience

Experience that would be great to have:

Cloud solution such as AWSReact and/or Vue.jsExperience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with Jira board processFinancial services/Payments industry experience

Salary Range

$75,600.00 - $135,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
