Senior Full Stack MERN Developer @MMCTech

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack MERN Developer to oversee development of features for our Fine-Grain Authorization System. This system is vital for ensuring precise access control and security across our platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, deep expertise in full-stack development, and a focus on building scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions deployed in a cloud environment.

We will count on you to:

Lead the end-to-end development of the Fine-Grain Authorization System feature set, including both backend and frontend components.Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and secure Restful API's using Node.js and MongoDB.Develop and optimize intuitive, responsive user interfaces with React (Next.js), ensuring a seamless user experience.Collaborate with product managers, security teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Design and implement fine-grain access control mechanisms (RBAC, ABAC) integrated into both backend and frontend.Oversee cloud deployment strategies, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code.Mentor and lead a cross-functional team of developers, fostering best practices in full-stack development.Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality, secure, and performant code.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.Stay current with the latest trends in full-stack development, security, and cloud technologies.Document architecture, technical decisions, and development processes.

What you need to have: 

Proven experience leading full-stack development teams in building complex applications.Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with expertise in React for frontend development.Extensive experience with Node.js and Express.js for backend services.Hands-on experience with API development, integration, and deployment.Deep understanding of MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, and performance optimization.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including deployment and scaling.Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.Strong understanding of security best practices, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure coding.
