As a Frontend/Fullstack engineer in Squad Jugglers, you will play a key role in shaping how we engage with our customers. You’ll help design and optimize customer journeys across platforms like My Documents, Secure Inbox, and Communication Preferences Management—ensuring that every interaction is timely, relevant, and secure.
You and your job
As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between user experience and technical implementation. You collaborate closely with business stakeholders, designers, and backend teams to understand customer needs and translate them into elegant, scalable frontend solutions. Your deep understanding of both the business context and technical landscape enables you to proactively identify areas for improvement, propose innovative solutions, and ensure that the user interface aligns seamlessly with strategic goals. You take ownership of the frontend architecture, guide implementation, and help shape the direction of digital customer journeys.
Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance frontend applications using modern frameworks like Angular.
Architect and implement reusable UI components and design systems that ensure consistency across platforms.
Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate complex user journeys into intuitive, accessible interfaces.
Mentor and support junior engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
Drive technical decisions and contribute to long-term frontend strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and backend architecture.
Optimize frontend performance, accessibility, and security across web applications.
Work cross-functionally with backend engineers, product owners, and analysts to deliver end-to-end features.
Champion best practices in frontend development, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance user experience.
Support the development and enhancement of features such as:
My Documents – making important documents easily accessible to customers.
Secure Inbox – enabling secure, private communication.
Communication Preferences – empowering customers to manage how and when they hear from us.
Min. 4 years of experience in frontend or fullstack development within complex, enterprise environments.
Proficiency in basic technologies such as JavaScript, HTML and CSS
Proficiency in modern frontend technologies such as TypeScript, Scss/Sass
Proficiency in modern Angular, related libraries and technologies (e.g., RxJs, Jest, NgRx)
Proficiency in backend frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Springboot, or similar).
Understanding of the basic data structures and patterns (e.g., Dependecy Injection, Bridge, Observer, Queue, Stack etc.)
TDD state of mind
DRY and KISS are not just the words for you, but a way of working
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
Strong communication skills (English).
Bonus points for experience with secure messaging systems, document management, or customer communication platforms.
Bonus points for experience with Figma and understanding the basics of UI/UX
