As a Senior Full-Stack Developer you will make an impact by owning the development of new, scalable applications that improve customer experience and drive business value. From building secure APIs to efficient platforms in the cloud, your work will directly support critical initiatives. You'll play a key role in mentoring talent, crafting technical decisions, and helping deliver results that matter. You will be a valued member of our Digital Engineering Practice and work collaboratively with our Senior Architect to lead innovative solutions and achieve excellence in the insurance industry. **In this** **role, you** **will** + Develop full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular to support enterprise-grade solutions. + Design, build, and maintain high-performing, secure APIs + Lead all aspects of front-end implementation using current web development standard methodologies + Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git, Maven, Jenkins, and Harness. + Work within cloud-native environments, bringing to bear AWS, Rancher, Kubernetes, and Apigee. + Coordinate across teams to align technical direction with business goals + Guide junior developers and foster collaboration among team members. + Influence architecture and design decisions to ensure long-term scalability and performance. + Contribute to solution delivery for multi-functional initiatives with measurable impact. **What** **you’ll** **need to succeed (required** **skills)** + A proven track record of 7 or more years in full stack development within fast-paced environments. + Detailed expertise in Angular, Java, and Spring Boot. + Expert understanding of front-end technologies and UI frameworks. + Experience crafting and supporting RESTful APIs in production + Proven knowledge of DevOps tools and practices:Jenkins, CI/CD, Git, Harness, and Maven. + Top-tier experience with cloud technologies: Rancher, AWS, Apigee, and Kubernetes. + Ability to lead through influence and encourage collaboration across technical and non-technical teams **What** **will help you stand out (preferred** **skills)** + Strong mentoring skills and a dedication for developing talent. + Proactive problem solving mentality and interpersonal skills + Background in insurance or other highly regulated industries is an added bonus.
