Role Proficiency:

Act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options optimizing application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions account for others' developmental activities

Outcomes:

     Interpret the application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications.      Code debug test document and communicate product/component/feature development stages.      Validate results with user representatives; integrates and commissions the overall solution      Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components or creating own solutions      Optimises efficiency cost and quality.      Influence and improve customer satisfaction Set FAST goals for self/team; provide feedback to FAST goals of team members

Additional Comments:

Develop, test, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using .NET technologies. Design and implement APIs, microservices, and RESTful web services. Work with front-end frameworks (Angular/React) to build responsive and interactive UI components. Develop and maintain databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL), ensuring performance optimization. Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth, JWT, or Identity Server. Deploy applications on cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and manage CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with UX/UI designers, business analysts, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best coding practices. Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong experience in .NET Core/.NET 6+, C#, and ASP.NET MVC/Web API. Hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and front-end frameworks (Angular/React/Vue.js). Expertise in SQL Server, Entity Framework, Dapper, and database design principles. Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud). Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture is a plus. Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
