You’ll be part of a collaborative group of Developers and Specialists, designing and building cutting-edge solutions that transform our industry and support our mission to pioneer global innovation. **What is the job about?** As a Senior Frontend Development Engineer, you’ll lead the design and development of Digial solutions, ensuring excellence in architecture, coding standards, and quality assurance. You’ll champion best practices, mentor others, and help drive continuous improvement in technology, methods, and tools across our platforms. **Your main responsibilities** + Develop and maintain robust, scalable frontend solutions for IoT products + Drive and evolve technical roadmaps and processes for future activities + Mentor and upskill fellow developers, fostering a collaborative team environment + Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, coding standards, and quality assurance + Partner with business analysts, and customers to deliver impactful solutions + Represent Grundfos in external networks and contribute to internal knowledge sharing **Your background** + Master’s degree in Software Development, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience + Proven experience with Typescript, React, and GraphQL—these are must-haves for success in this role + Familiarity with Azure DevOps is a strong plus + Track record of supporting key initiatives in a large organization (experience in a manufacturing environment preferred) + Strong knowledge of best practices in system development + Excellent communication and collaboration skills; you thrive in cross-functional teams + Natural mentor and teamplayer, eager to develop others and share your expertise + Self-driven, innovative, and passionate about continuous improvement **What’s in it for you?** You’ll be instrumental in spreading our optimistic, can-do attitude to advance global innovation and a clear sense of purpose, embodying our six core values, guiding our colleagues in living them day by day, and making a difference in global projects.
