We are seeking a Senior Front-end Developer to join the MS Office Development team.
We're modernizing our applications and services that integrate with Microsoft Office. As a developer in Workforce Technology, the successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of software systems used by all employees in the firm. The candidate will be involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle and will collaborate with other squad members to deliver measurable value to our stakeholders.

What you’ll do in the role:
Design, develop, and maintain Angular-based Office Add-ins with a focus on performance, usability, and scalability.
Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Integrate with Microsoft Graph API, Office.js, and other Microsoft 365 services.
Ensure cross-platform compatibility across Office on Windows, Mac, Web and Mobile (iOS and Android).
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and modern development standards.
Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural decisions.
Stay up to date with the latest trends in Angular, Office Add-ins, and Microsoft 365 development.
Maintenance of existing functionality and occasionally investigate/troubleshoot reported issues.
Enhance the team’s use of automation for testing and deployment.
Support and improve the team’s adoption of agile principles: perform code reviews, participate in sprint retrospectives and demos as needed.
Create unit tests, use test driven development methodology in practice.
What you’ll bring to the role:
8+ years or more of software development experience
Angular / TypeScript development
2+ years of any: ASP.NET, Web API and REST services
Hands on experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery
Hands on experience with Agile development (Scrum, Kanban)
Understanding SDLC and CI/CD processes
High level knowledge of Design Patterns
Development, and automated testing
Hands-on experience with Jira or other issue-tracking systems
