Job Responsibilities:

1. Budget & Forecast: 

(1) Lead BU OPEX budget and forecast, communicate with BU team and deploy target to teams, report to management on variances and the reasons.   

(2) Conduct rolling forecast, review KPI (OPEX target, ROI, E/R, R&D efficiency etc), assist finance head in the formulation of overall strategic direction.

2. Financial monitor and analysis:

(1) Closely work and build up productive relations with BU team, propose and drive the implementation of action plans to reach BU financial targets.

(2) Provide financial plan and analysis while maintain strong focus on key strategy targets, gain valuable feedback on key business directions through deep dive financial analysis. 

(3) Provide operation compliance guidance to teams, help team enhance compliance awareness and standardize executions according to company policy though-out daily operations.

3. Operation support: 

(1) Support within BU finance team other support (P\L POR DECK support, IDC report, GEO expense deep dive, etc).   

(2) Coordinate cross function collaboration (HC related with HR, internal/external audit related with Chief/Accounting, compliance related with legal, etc)

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Finance and Management is preferred 

2. 5+ years working experience in FA is preferred 

3. Fluent in English, could use it as working language

4. Good at analysis tool, e.g. Excel, PBI, Access etc.

5. Open-minded on innovation, willing to learn the new staffs

6. Good communication skills, team-work spirit and high responsibility
