Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide strategic support and counsel to the Group Controller leadership team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
2. Lead and manage critical cross-functional initiatives and projects within Group Controller, or across different teams in the Finance
organization, driving execution and tracking progress to completion.
3. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across Group Controller organization and with key stakeholders, acting as a central
point of contact.
4. Prepare executive level presentations, reports, and briefing materials for senior leadership meetings and strategic reviews.
5. Identify and address operational bottlenecks or inefficiencies within the Group Controller organization, proposing and implementing.
Experience and Skill Requirements:
1. Over 8 years of experience in finance management, including finance business partnership, finance project management or consulting,
strategic advisory, finance chief of staff, etc., within sizable multinational companies.
2. Strong expertise in finance discipline through FP&A, expense management, M&A, finance consulting, CPA, CFA etc.
3. Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities, with a track record of driving complex projects to successful
outcomes.
4. An ambitious high performer with emotional resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
5. Result-driven and innovative, with a passion for continuous improvement. Able to deliver good results in a fast paced, demanding
environment.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise messages
for different audiences.
