Oversee FP&A activities, collaborating with Platforms and Opcos as needed.Recommend P&L and cash flow strategies for sustainable growth.Provide commercial/financial support and ensure disciplined decision-making.Set financial objectives and track performance.Manage monthly reporting, forecasting, and sales call accuracy.Lead annual budget process with guidance and reviews.Analyze and advise on financial implications of business initiatives.Assess potential returns on new business opportunities.Standardize reporting, analytics, and data management.Create dashboards and benchmarks to monitor performance and issues.Strategic Financial Leadership: Partner with executives to develop long-term strategies and plans.Financial Planning: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and planning aligned with strategic goals.Financial Analysis: Support decisions with profitability analysis, cost optimization, and capital allocation.Performance Management: Maintain KPIs and financial metrics to monitor performance. Provide actionable insights.Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, the Board, and stakeholders.Team Leadership: Recruit, motivate, and develop the Finance Team in China.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.Experience: 10+ years in finance, with 5+ years in an FP&A leadership role.Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools.Advanced knowledge of financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).Collaborative work style.Strong leadership and team management skills.Certifications: CPA, CFA, or relevant certifications are a plus.
