Senior FP&A Associate (12 month contract)

About the role

We’re excited to have an opportunity in our FP&A team for a Finance Associate, supporting us through our transition to Workday’s ERP platform. You’ll work closely with all of our FP&A teams to understand our processes and working files, helping us to evolve into our new environment. You’ll get exposure to a variety of business areas as well as FP&A processes and our financial reporting system. We're looking for a dynamic self-motivated individual, with experience of working within Finance teams, who wants to broaden their skill set whilst working in a supportive and collaborative environment. 

Key responsibilities

Understanding the evolution of our chart of accounts

Support in updating all of our processes, to get the most out of our transition

Drive best in class documentation, enhancing control and ease of use

Interfacing with key stakeholders in the US

General support across the team as we balance priorities

What we’re looking for 

Experience with Workday and OneStream Planning’s planning platform are a plus

Ability to work on your own initiative at a fast pace and manage own time across multiple tasks

Proven ability to build strong relationships within team, wider department and offshore teams

A team player who can work independently as well as collaboratively across multiple teams

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Experience with monthly and annual FP&A processes

Where and how you'll work

This is a 12 months fixed term position and can be based in our Nottingham offices. Whilst it's not guaranteed, there's potential to explore a permanent role at the end of the contract

We have a hybrid working model which gives you flexibility to work from our offices and from home. 

We’re big on collaboration and connection, so you’ll be based in our Nottingham office 3 days a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
