Position Summary:
Milacron is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team in Batavia, OH. As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes, as well as providing reporting, insight, and analysis of results monthly. This role is also involved in process improvements projects leveraging Business Intelligence tools to more effectively and efficiently provide insight to management.
Work You’ll Do:
Lead the annual business plan and quarterly forecasting processes for our operating companies
Lead monthly financial reporting including analysis of actual variances to plan and forecast
Build and maintain complex financial models to support investment decisions, new product launches, and capital expenditure evaluations
Partner with supply chain, production, and engineering teams to understand operational drivers and incorporate them into financial forecasts
Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards in financial reporting
Support special projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements through detailed financial analysis
Leverage Business Intelligence tools to improve effectiveness and efficiency of reporting
Stay informed on industry trends, raw material prices, and market dynamics that could impact manufacturing costs and profitability
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools and ERP systems
