Job Title: Sr. FP&A Analyst

Job Description

The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst plays a pivotal role in analyzing and interpreting financial results for the company. We seek a highly skilled and self-motivated individual to join a team of analysts, contributing significantly to the development of company financial plans and providing essential analytical support to drive the company’s growth and initiatives. This position supports the CFO and Executive Team by delivering comprehensive financial analysis of budgets, forecasts, and results. The ideal candidate will identify risks and opportunities while promoting continuous improvement and contingency planning. A passion for excellence, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to cultivate relationships with stakeholders across the organization are essential qualities for success in this role.

ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize the OneStream platform, ensuring seamless integration with financial systems.Administer the OneStream platform, manage data, support finance teams, and enhance system functionalities.Prepare detailed analyses measuring key business drivers, company metrics, and financial performance.Create accurate reports, analyses, financial models, and other documentation to address key needs, variances, and opportunities for management and internal stakeholders.Identify key drivers affecting company income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.Conduct market-specific economic research to discern major business trends and analyze factors influencing financial and operational performance.Assist in gathering and analyzing financial and statistical data.Participate in the monthly financial close process as needed.Contribute to the development and completion of forecast, budget, and strategic planning processes.Analyze and evaluate anticipated drivers of future company performance, as well as known risks and opportunities that may significantly impact future results.Collaborate with management to develop specific components of annual and long-term financial plans as directed.Adapt to change, create disciplined processes, and act as an independent decision-maker utilizing team collaboration.Participate in ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.Maintain confidentiality regarding company programs, activities, and records.Identify continuous improvement opportunities and develop plans to enhance the speed, accuracy, and efficiency of company processes.Summarize and prepare presentation materials and supporting information for management communications.Provide analytical guidance to other associates as necessary.Essential SkillsExpertise in financial planning and analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, and financial reporting.Proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, index matching, nested formulas, and various lookups.Experience with OneStream and Oracle.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis).Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Data Analytics required; MBA preferred.Team motivation and energetic disposition.Ability to work beyond normal business hours due to business or customer needs.Work EnvironmentThis role offers a hybrid work environment with two days of work-from-home flexibility each week.The office setting includes cubicles and fosters a collaborative atmosphere.The company is experiencing significant growth, providing ample opportunities for professional advancement.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
