Analyze financial performance and prepare variance analyses.Business Partnering: Collaborate with business unit leaders to provide insights and recommendations that drive strategic decision-making. Serve as a key financial advisor to cross-functional teams.Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial trends.
