Role Definition

Provides reporting support and liaison activities for various portfolio services, including Cat Financial Insurance Services products, forecast consolidation for Cat Financial new business volume, and other business activity reporting as needed.

What you will do:

Assist in the preparation, submission, and implementation of multiple significant business reports for Cat Financial and Cat Financial Insurance Services.Coordinate support activities for the rolling business management process.Provide technical expertise and support the business processes utilizing business analysis techniques.Lead continuous improvement for monthly reporting deliverables with data analysis tools.Work with large data sets to provide analysis and management reporting.

Consideration for Top Candidates:

The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques.Experience with business intelligence and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Alteryx, and/or Dataiku is highly valued, reflecting a strong ability to extract insights, streamline reporting, and automate workflows.Comfort working across diverse data environments and a curiosity to explore new tools will be key to thriving in this role.

Additional information:

This position requires the successful candidate to work full time, 5 days per week in the Nashville main office.

Summary Pay Range:

$92,880.00 - $160,788.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
