As the ideal candidate you will: + Have a well\-rounded background in full\-service restaurant outlets with a passion for building and developing teams\. + Have previous experience with hiring, scheduling, ordering/inventory + Have previous experience with forecasting/cost control and banquet operations are a plus\!
