This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to apply their expertise to challenging problems, drive technical innovation, and play a key role in shaping the future of our products. **Responsibilities** + Lead the design, development, testing, and debugging of firmware for embedded systems, including bare-metal and RTOS-based applications. + Implement, optimize, and refine digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms to meet performance and resource requirements. + Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring high-quality firmware development and adherence to best practices. + Collaborate with hardware, software, and test teams to ensure seamless integration of firmware with hardware platforms. + Conduct detailed code reviews and mentor junior engineers to promote continuous learning and improvement. + Develop and maintain robust documentation for firmware designs, development processes, and testing methodologies. + Take ownership of technical deliverables, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality solutions. + Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in embedded systems and digital signal processing, and apply them to product development. **Your Team** As a **Senior Firmware / DSP Engineer** , you will be part of a global engineering organization with team members across Europe, North America, and Asia. You will work closely with the Wroclaw-based team, which contributes to a wide range of products, including digital multimeters, solar applications, installation testers, EV (electric vehicle) market solutions, calibration tools, and network equipment.
