To support this mission, Syngenta’s FP&A’s team is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst in Montevideo. This role will support LATAM Finance leadership in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering, with focus on delivering actionable insights and driving process improvements.
Accountabilities
Responsible for co-leading and coordinate planning/budgeting, monthly and ad hoc financial result reporting and analysis and other cross functional finance activities including consolidation process for LATAM figures. Responsible for providing measurements and monitoring financial performance, investigating variances to expectations, and manage the preparation of budgets and forecast. Support and coordinate FP&A activities with local teams and/or consolidate in Regional view Coordinate and review, analysis and insightful comments about monthly performance of: Sales, gross profit and function cost performance and its variances. Monitoring and analysis of working capital and provide highlights to the business and action plan proposal Monthly review and analysis of P&L (Profit & Lost) forecast, including risk and opportunities. Prepare and deliver insightful financial presentations to senior management, highlighting key performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed, providing financial expertise and analytical support to various business initiatives.Company Description
