Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

The Senior FP&A Analyst will serve as a vital contributor to the company’s global financial planning efforts, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis. This role operates within an international scope and requires a proactive, team-oriented individual who excels in managing competing priorities and meeting critical deadlines. The ideal candidate is analytical, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment—bringing both a strong command of financial fundamentals and the ability to translate data into impactful business insights. Success in this role hinges on a strong background in accounting, strategic finance, and operational analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Modeling & Analysis
+ Collaborate with global partners across Accounting, Sales Operations, and Services to support planning, profitability, and margin improvement initiatives.
+ Develop, maintain, and enhance detailed financial models to evaluate business performance and future outcomes.
+ Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support executive decision-making and operational priorities.
Financial Reporting
+ Evaluate monthly and quarterly financial performance; identify key variances versus plan, forecast, and historical data.
+ Track and report on operational and financial KPIs according to established schedules.
+ Prepare and present financial reports, executive dashboards, and performance summaries for leadership review.
+ Analyze sales trends and build projections aligned with business expectations.
+ Ensure financial data integrity and confidentiality is maintained at all times.
Budgeting & Forecasting
+ Lead and support the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts in alignment with company goals.
+ Advise business unit leaders throughout the budgeting and forecasting process.
+ Assist in the creation of presentation materials for both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; advanced degrees or certifications such as CPA, CFA, or MBA are highly desirable.
+ 8+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or equivalent roles; experience in the tech sector is preferred.
+ Deep understanding of core financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
+ Skilled in distilling large, complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust and influence across global teams.
+ Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across departments and time zones.
+ Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines
