Senior Financial Analytics Professional

The Home Health Business Unit is one of the largest providers in the nation, specializing in personalized, comprehensive home care for patients managing a chronic condition or recovering from injury, illness, surgery or hospitalization. The Home Solutions Finance team is seeking a Senior Financial Analytics Professional. This individual will work across the business, and will be highly involved in reporting, planning, strategic analysis, and growth initiatives. We are looking for a self-starter with a successful analytical, financial analysis, strategic and technical background, proven work ethic, and entrepreneurial attitude. This person will be able to develop and monitor thoughtful business intelligence, analytical frameworks, and ongoing reporting to evaluate the performance of business and growth strategies. The position will work directly with senior management, including the Segment President, Senior Leaders and SVPs, to validate and craft enterprise-wide initiatives, including budgets, profitability studies, new payor partner proposals, board level analyses, and various other strategic projects. **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop models to measure performance, identify trends to support critical business decisions. + Maintain PowerBI reporting and dashboards that provide key financial insights to leadership. + Perform financial data analysis to drive deeper insights into the business and present analyses to leadership. + Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop analyses in support of new initiatives. + Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders discussing financial performance and incorporate business insights into the financial models. + Implementation and measurement of business targets (KPI’s). **Use your skills to make an impact** **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field. + Experience with SQL, multi-dimensional databases and Power BI. + Financial modeling experience with devotion to accuracy, detail, analytic consistency, and data integrity. + Understanding of ETL processes; experience with automation through SSIS packages preferred. + Experience in managing data to support and influence decisions on day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and specific business performance issues. + Advanced use of Microsoft Office products, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. + Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset. + Strong communication skills (written and oral), with an ability to distill information into its key elements. + Team-oriented mindset and ability to work with people of different backgrounds, including clinical and technology. **Additional Information** + Candidates should be available to work core business hours (8am-5pm) in EST (M-F) + Benefits: Benefits are effective on day 1.
