**Job Description:**
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst - MedTech Surgery (MTS) Innovation consolidations to be located in Raritan, NJ or Titusville, NJ.
The Senior Financial Analyst, will mainly be responsible for consolidating $300MM of R&D investment across our MTS platforms of products. The role will also provide Budget and Business Partner support for our Portfolio and Project Management team, Intellectual Property team, as well as other VP budgets.
**Key Objectives and Responsibilities:**
+ Consolidate quarterly Actual results and generate clear driver-based insights and follow-ups.
+ Consolidate Forecast of $300MM of R&D investment (3x annually) - ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Leverage data to deliver new and valuable insights to R&D and finance leaders to drive strategy and growth for the pipeline.
+ Set and drive key FP&A priorities and dates.
+ Drive reporting, analytics, and key insights related to investment across product platforms.
+ Expert on IP holding implications – partnering closely with international colleagues, Tax, and Currency COE.
+ Lead Financial Transformation Program strategy and execution for R&D Finance – act as Super User, training and assisting finance organization in new systems and ways of working.
+ Support functional business partner budgets and provide strategic guidance to deliver against the Business Plan.
+ Support peers and leaders through consolidation activities and deliverables - balance teaching, driving results, and holding others accountable.
+ Develop content for R&D Leadership Team decks to provide financial insights around - market, sales, earnings, R&D expense, and investment.
**Qualifications** :
+ Bachelor’s degree required; Finance/Accounting majors preferred
+ Master’s Degree, CPA, CMA preferred
+ Minimum of 3+ years of finance experience required
+ Proficiency with MS Office with advanced excel and presentation skills required
+ Proven history of collaboratively working with colleagues across functional areas to deliver results
+ Ability to manage multiple demands and priorities on time, gain alignment and drive decision making is required
+ Advanced knowledge in Financial Planning and Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost Accounting, and Internal Controls
+ Good verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
+ Experience working with large datasets with high attention to detail
+ Problem-solving skills; tenacity to learn, analyze, and resolve complex situations
+ Capable to work through ambiguity
+ Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%, including some weekend travel.
**The anticipated base pay range for this position is :**
$77,000- $124,200
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
