Your responsibilities: ​

Preparation of the monthly reporting, including analysis and the necessary communication and presentation for the Manufacturing & Supply Chain (MSC) results

Coordination of worldwide planning processes (Budget and Forecast)

Creation of Budget, Forecasts including necessary analyses, communication, and presentation

Conducting variance analysis to support organizational decision-making

Continuous improvement and further development of operational controlling processes and controlling tools, also across plants

Conducting special analyses and ad-hoc requests

Support of production areas and plants in system related issues related to SAP BCS SEM

Execution of internal reporting for a global restructuring program (FME25)

Our Requirements:

Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Finance & Controlling of an international production environment.

Solid understanding of financials related to manufacturing and supply chain processes

Structured and systematic approach

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proactive team player with hands-on mentality

Ability to communicate complex issues in a comprehensible and target-group oriented manner

Fluent in English (spoken and written)
