The following position is to join our **RTX Enterprise Services** team:
The RTX Enterprise Services Strategic Affordability organization is seeking an individual to join its team as a **Senior Financial Analyst** . This individual will provide analytical support in our Strategic Affordability Analysis organization. The Analyst’s work product will have a direct impact on RTX competitive posture in the defense marketplace and customer satisfaction. For these reasons, a background in cost accounting, auditing, estimating, and analytical techniques is required.
**What You Will Do**
+ Gather and consolidate monthly performance metrics for analysis.
+ Collaborate with DCMA to provide audit support and ensure compliance.
+ Partner with RTX Estimating and Supply Chain teams to align processes and objectives.
+ Create SAA reports for assignment.
+ Conduct in-depth cost analyses and assess commercial item determinations for supplier proposals exceeding $2 million.
+ Perform routine peer audits to ensure accuracy and consistency in analyst evaluations.
**Qualifications You Must Have**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting or related field and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience in, Finance Business, or Supply Chain functions
+ Minimum of a year of experience working in at least one of the following areas:oSubcontractors proposal requirementsoSupply ChainoOperations or Product Line estimatingoCost Accounting or Auditing
+ Experience demonstrating knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) along with the understanding of proposed labor, material, other direct costs, direct and indirect rates, and profit.
+ U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements

+ Prior experience or knowledge in Strategic Affordability Analysis or related discipline
+ Strong communication skills, analytical and problem solving skills
+ Demonstrated ability to multi task and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
+ Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing requirements

Hybrid: Employees who are working in hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
