As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will partner with the business to develop financial forecasts, help lead the annual budgeting process, and provide operating and financial variance analyses to drive strategic business decisions. Daily, the Senior Financial Analyst will be key in supporting new customer growth, measuring results, and understanding the revenue and cost implications of these strategic actions. To thrive in this role, you will have a strong work ethic while using your prior experience and skills to build financial models, create effective presentations, and confidently partner with the business to communicate results verbally and through financial analyses and other documents to all organizational levels.
**Here’s what you will experience working as a Senior Financial Analyst:**
+ Partnering with the business to develop an outlook for multiple revenue streams, a dynamic cost model, and a performance measurement plan.
+ Driving monthly and quarterly closing, reporting, and forecasting activities, clearly articulating progress toward goals.
+ Managing the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process for departments.
+ Leading monthly financial reviews, including preparation of variance reports, explanations, and actionable recommendations in partnership with business partners.
+ Aligning with the business on cost accruals, developing detailed knowledge of billing details, vendor status, service levels, etc., to understand and track progress toward cost efficiency goals.
+ Providing guidance and mentorship to junior FP&A team member and foster a high-performance, collaborative finance culture.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or similar
+ A minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial analyst role or experience in an FP&A role
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
+ Analytical and critical thinking skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate complex data and key insights verbally and through financial analyses.
+ Ability to work independently, cross-functionally, and to self-motivate in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and keeping pace with changing demands
+ Ability to learn new skills and utilize them to improve financial processes
+ Collaborative and team-oriented, with a high degree of accountability and initiative
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $61,357.00 - $110,424.03 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
