Job Title: Sr. Financial Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to offer comprehensive sales analysis by product line, customer, and key products. The role involves conducting profitability analyses of business models and identifying optimization levers. You will assist in evaluating pricing, costs, and profitability, and propose improvements to management. Additionally, you will support sales leadership in setting annual and multi-year targets for revenue, market share, and profit margin analysis. Developing analytical models and tools to evaluate the impact of various strategic and product growth scenarios is also a key part of this role. You will define measures to optimize the Earnings Before Tax (EBT) of the US company and automate reporting using BI and CRM tools. Furthermore, you will enhance efficiency and streamline processes in company projects.

ResponsibilitiesOffer comprehensive sales analysis by product line, customer, and key products.Conduct profitability analyses of business models and identify optimization levers.Assist in evaluating pricing, costs, and profitability, and propose improvements to management.Support sales leadership in setting annual and multi-year targets for revenue, market share, and profit margin analysis.Develop analytical models and tools to evaluate the impact of various strategic and product growth scenarios.Define measures to optimize the Earnings Before Tax (EBT) of the US company.Automate reporting using BI and CRM tools.Enhance efficiency and streamline processes in company projects.Essential SkillsExpertise in budgeting, KPI tracking, forecasting, and trend analysis.Proficiency in variance analysis, SAP, SAP ERP, and advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.Strong skills in financial reporting, modeling, and sales analysis.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with SAP or Infor systems.Familiarity with ClickSense and HubSpot.Work Environment

The position requires working in the office for the first six months, after which it will transition to a hybrid model with two days in the office per week. Enjoy a supportive environment in a growing company that offers great benefits.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $52.88/hr.
