What this job involves

The Global / AMER Sr. Financial Analyst delivers advanced financial analysis and strategic insights to support JLL's service delivery to Stripe. This role develops sophisticated financial models, conducts in-depth analyses, and prepares comprehensive reports that drive informed business decisions. The position serves as a key technical resource for financial interpretation and planning across global operations with particular focus on the Americas region.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning and decision-makingLead financial analysis for the Americas region while supporting global financial initiativesPrepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with insightful variance analysisConduct sophisticated cost-benefit analyses for proposed initiatives and service enhancementsDevelop and monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics across service linesSupport budget development and forecasting processes with advanced financial modelingAnalyze financial trends and patterns to identify risks and opportunitiesCreate executive-level financial presentations and dashboards for management and client reviewsSupport contract financial management including pricing analysis and financial terms complianceCollaborate with regional financial analysts to ensure consistency in methodology and reportingProvide financial expertise for special projects and continuous improvement initiativesAnalyze service delivery costs to identify optimization opportunitiesSupport the development of standardized financial processes and tools across regionsMentor junior financial analysts and coordinate cross-regional analytical projectsOther duties as assigned

Working Environment

This remote position requires collaboration with teams across multiple global regions and time zones. The role involves regular virtual meetings with finance teams, operations leadership, and other stakeholders. Limited travel (approximately 15%) may be required for in-person meetings, training sessions, and client reviews. The Sr. Financial Analyst works in a fast-paced environment with regular reporting deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and analytical rigor. The position offers opportunities for significant professional growth and development within JLL's global finance organization.

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably in service industryStrong technical financial skills with advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilitiesExperience with budget development, management, and variance analysisSuperior analytical skills with ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insightsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to senior leadershipExperience working in multi-region or global financial operationsProficiency with financial management systems and business intelligence toolsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Master's degree in Finance or related fieldProfessional certification in finance (e.g., CFA, CMA)Experience in facilities management, corporate real estate, or professional services industriesBackground in client-facing financial roles with experience presenting to external stakeholdersKnowledge of contract financial management and service level agreementsExperience with financial aspects of integrated facilities managementAdvanced skills in data visualization and financial dashboard developmentBackground in process improvement and financial operational excellenceExperience mentoring junior financial professionalsG-Suite proficiency

Estimated total compensation for this position:

73,674.00 – 92,093.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
