We’re Hiring! – Sr. Financial Analyst **Key Responsibilities:** **Inventory Management & Analysis** + Perform monthly inventory reviews with the Materials Manager to ensure accuracy. + Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory variance analysis. + Oversee weekly cycle counts and investigate adjustments over $500 USD. + Audit cycle count implementation and inventory control procedures. **Costing, Accounting & Internal Controls** + Ensure accurate and timely product costing and budgeting. + Update annual costs and review cost changes with Engineering. + Audit BOMs with Engineering when required. + Consolidate monthly Plant Dashboards. + Perform month-end closing for US Books (US GAAP) and reconcile balance sheets. + Prepare monthly forecasts and annual budget projections. + Manage cash flow summaries, accounts receivable/payable reviews, and bank reconciliations. + Support internal and external audits (Financial & Trade Compliance). + Assist the Controller in reviewing and auditing Internal Control Questionnaires. **✅ Basic Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Administration, or related field. + 3–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Costing. + Inventory analysis experience. + Knowledge of MEX and US GAAP. + Conversational English. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office. **💡 Desired Qualifications:** + Experience with MRP/ERP systems. + Basic knowledge of C-TPAT & OEA standards. + Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills. + Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. + Valid driver’s license and US visa. + Proactive and detail-oriented profile. **On-site work Arrangement** **Our Commitment to Our People** Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
