This is a hybrid role expecting 3 days in the office per week. Our award-winning Prague office just underwent major renovation creating a collaborative space offering daily on-site snacks, gym, cinema, library, terrace, chill-zones, bike storage, and parking.
The Financial Analyst will serve as a key contributor within the Global DTC Finance team, with a primary focus on supporting the International DTC organization. This role involves developing and maintaining detailed financial models, overseeing budgets, and monitoring key performance indicators and targets. The position is instrumental in ensuring a robust and efficient financial planning, reporting, and analysis framework. It also includes delivering ad hoc modeling and strategic analyses to inform data-driven decision-making. Close collaboration with stakeholders across North America Security, North America Identity, International DTC, and Global Mobile teams is essential to maintain financial alignment and support the overall objectives of the Direct-to-Consumer business.
Objectives:
Advise the Senior Director of International DTC on business initiatives, growth, cost structure, planning, and integration.
Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decisions.
Prepare and analyze reports, including variance analysis, KPIs, and trends.
Monitor financial performance against targets and benchmarks.
Manage all marketing spend for International DTC, ensuring adherence to quarterly and annual budgets.
Track key initiatives and investments, reporting progress vs. planning commitments.
Lead financial planning processes and deliver ad hoc models to support decision-making.
Competencies:
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and modeling.
Detail-oriented, curious, and process-improvement focused.
Clear communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
Advanced Excel skills required; experience with Oracle, Hyperion, Business Objects, Power BI, or Looker is a plus.
5+ years in finance and/or accounting roles.
