Job Duties:Detailed forecast analysis including Budget versus Actual spending and Forecast verses Actual spending for a large Real Estate portfolio. Annual Budget planning preparation and development; and be responsible day to day reporting and forecasting activities for assigned portfolio Monthly and Quarterly Report AnalysisAssist leaders in researching and identifying budget corrections and working with others to implement change Complete and support regular and ad-hoc reporting including informal and formal internal and documents, reports, graphs, charts, and presentationsSupport team’s efforts to develop efficient reporting strategies including automation and simplification of reporting processes while preserving data integrityMaintain working knowledge of Master Services Agreements and any relevant amendments or appendices Support, track and audit client billing activities, as neededOrganize and maintain team data collection, reporting and communicationParticipate in the development and distribution of best practices, process documentation, and user support materials for reportingAnalyze performance data to forecast/trendSupport cost-savings and process improvement initiativesAny and all other duties and tasks assignedProvide discrete and confidential handling of sensitive information

Estimated total compensation for this position:

80,000.00 – 90,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
