Senior Financial Analyst
Job Description:

We have two exciting openings for Sr Financial Analysts, each supporting either the Agriculture group or the Commodities group. In these roles, you will lead across the value chain by utilizing data, analytics, and insights to enable business decisions and solve challenges. You will also build and execute financial plans by partnering with cross-functional sourcing teams, and assess performance to identify opportunities and address gaps. Additionally, you will foster impactful partnerships through strong relationships and candid communication.

Responsibilities:Utilize data, analytics, and insights to enable business decisions and solve business challenges.Translate insights into actionable solutions for the business team.Assess the external landscape and leverage insights to drive decisions.Partner with cross-functional sourcing teams to lead monthly and annual planning processes.Assess performance against plans and take action to close gaps and seize opportunities.Provide clear, concise summaries of performance with business partners.Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and the Sourcing Finance team.Influence and shape strategies and performance through experience, analytics, insight, and candor.Qualifications:Financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, modeling, and statement analysisExperience in FP&A (planning, forecasting, budgeting)Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of related experiencePrior experience working with large organizations and navigating organizational matrixesAbility to effectively communicate and collaborate cross-functionallyWorking knowledge of GMI systems including AFO, SAP, CMTWork Environment:

This is a hybrid contract role based in Golden Valley, MN. The position is local, with the manager also situated in the area. The role is a six-month contract with potential for extension. You will be working in a dynamic environment that provides quality experience in a supply chain finance role, gaining insights into how we plan, make, and deliver food. Candidates must provide their own computer and meet specified requirements for its use.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $44.00 - $48.00/hr.
