As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role within FP&A team to support management of large financial data sets, group level consolidation, wing-to-wing process improvement, monthly closing and reporting, analytics and business planning cycles across EMEA, in a past faced business environment. In addition, you will support FP&A leadership team in initiatives and projects across EMEA to improve processes in close partnership with broader Finance and business teams.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Coordinate and own various weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting requirements Prepare and support driving Monthly/Quarterly reviews with US HQ and Europe HQ Coordinate monthly/quarterly Closing process, compliance and financial integrity of the regional results: Actuals Validation, Retained earnings, PPE checks, etc. Drive various FP&A initiatives, Process Improvement and Simplification projects Ownership of SGA reporting in collaboration with sites Own TWC, Inventory, CAPEX reporting and site follow up Maintain Headcount Database and monthly analysis Support preparation and coordination of Profit Plan preparation and Forecast processes Lead cross business initiatives and special projects as requested by Management team Support with Ad Hoc requirements This role will require interaction with our Teams in the US, Europe, MEA.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related discipline Financial experience in similar roles Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Clear thinking and ability to identify simplification opportunities and process improvement ideas Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to spot discrepancies.
