As a Senior Financial Analyst on the newly created Financial Insights team within GCS Analytics, you will play a key role in supporting high-impact analytical work that helps shape the strategy and performance of GCS. You’ll work on cross-functional projects that require both strong data skills and a keen understanding of financial and business implications.

**How will you make an impact in this role?**
+ Conduct data-driven analyses to understand trends, evaluate business performance, and support strategic initiatives across the GCS business
+ Translate high-level ambiguous business questions into structured analytical plans with clear outcomes
+ Build clear, insightful visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings effectively to business audiences
+ Collaborate closely with Finance, Product, Risk, and other teams to deliver timely, actionable insights
+ Prepare decision support materials for Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Investor Relations, and other senior management forums
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ 1 years’ experience in Finance or related field
+ Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets and drawing insights from complex information
+ Foundational understanding of the P&L and card economics
+ Highly motivated individual with desire to work on ambiguous projects, with the ability to break down and execute on complex ideas
+ Be data-driven, outcome-focused and a fast learner
+ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail
+ Proficiency in SQL required
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Python / R skills
+ Experience building in visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau
**Qualifications**
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
